Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at the School District of Fall Creek - Cricket Store.  Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 days when school is in session and students are present.  Orders are not shipped or available for pickup on weekends or holidays. 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  We ship USPS and UPS.

Pickup

If you choose Pickup at checkout you may save shipping costs by picking up your order at the Fall Creek High School Office.  Orders are usually available for pickup within 1-2 days when school is in session and students are present. You will receive a text or email notification when your order is ready to be picked up.

Pickup is available in the high school office, Door H24, located on the south side of the Fall Creek Schools K-12 Complex, 336 East Hoover Ave., Fall Creek, WI.  Office hours are 7:45am-3:45pm when school is in session. You may call the office at 715-877-2809 to verify hours before arriving to pick up your package.
